1. Efficient synchronous riveting to ensure consistency

Image detection technology: integrated with a high-precision visual system, it can monitor the rivet position and forming status in real time, and automatically determine the qualified rate as high as 100%, ensuring that the product leaves the factory with zero defects. Adaptive riveting: The sensor detects the difference between the workpiece plane and the rivet, dynamically adjusts the riveting coordinates, realizes intelligent compensation, and adapts to the riveting requirements of different materials (steel plates, aluminum plates, etc.) and complex structure workpieces.
3. Full process automation to improve efficiency
Automatic feeding and positioning: The vibration plate and the double-speed chain line body are used to realize the automatic feeding of rivets, gaskets and workpieces, and the magnetic suction gripping mechanism is used for precise positioning to reduce manual intervention.
Fast switching function: It supports the rapid replacement of multi-specification rivets (φ12-φ14) and molds, and is compatible with a variety of products such as automobile roofs, floors, instrument frames, etc., with strong flexible production capacity.
Seamless connection production line: Through the conveyor line, multiple equipment are connected in series to realize the automatic transfer of tooling plates to the riveting station, and the production efficiency is increased by more than 10 times compared with traditional manual labor.
